30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@wildith.com with:
- Your order reference number
- The reason for your return
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
We will provide you with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
